Common Grounds

Christian Counseling

Common Grounds Christian Counseling is created to be a place where couples and families can find common ground again.

Usually we have places were we have felt connected in the past and we desire that feeling again.  This is what I love helping couples and families discover for themselves.

Our Purpose

Lee

Sumrall

MA, LCMHCS, LMFT

I have been a counselor in private practice since 2005 after graduating from Reformed Theological Seminary with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.  I love my time working with individuals, couples, and familes seeing HOPE, even in difficult circumstances.  I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in the Gottman Method. The Gottman Method is an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment of the couples relationship and uses interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory developed by John and Julie Gottman.  I have been married since 2003 and have two daughters.
